Ruqun is a typical ancient clothing of Chinese Hanfu dresses. Ru refers to a upper garment – short shirt, the length of which is not longer than knees. Qun refers to a lower garment – skirt.
Today we will teach you how to wear Jiaoling Ruqun in 10 minutes.
Put on the upper garment and tie the right piece of the upper garment. Be careful not to tie too tightly.
Fasten the left piece of the upper garment.
Unfold the one-piece skirt, place the head of skirt on the waistline behind you.
Pass your right side strap through the hole on your left side.
Pass the remaining skirt on the left to the waist on your right.
Cross the two straps behind you.
Tie the two straps tightly in front of your body.
Turn the two straps over (swap positions).
Wrap one side of the strap around the waist(the length depends on you).
Do not pull out the strap completely during the last winding to form a small hole. Tighten the hanging strap through the hole to become an “ear”, and you can adjust the length of the “ear” at will.
Repeat the operation on the other side.
Finally you have learned how to wear Jiaoling Ruqun.
