Do you have a store that I can visit so that I can try on different dresses?

We are a "internet only" based company.  Most of our dresses are custom made after you place your order, therefore we do not keep a stock of dresses.  Due to the nature of our business, a store would not be beneficial to us, or to you.

Do you have a accept returns?

Our dresses are custom made for you after you place your order, therefore all sales are final.  This policy is a industry standard when it comes to special occasion apparel. 
We don't accept regular size dresses or accessories returns as well.  Please take your time to choose the right style, right size dress for your special day.

We stand behind every article of clothing or other merchandise in our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality, performance, or fit of your purchase, simply tell us and we will correct it. This is our guarantee to you in not only the clothing you purchase from us, but the service you receive.

Do I need to pay Sales Tax?

 No, there's no sales tax applied in China. 

Customs/ Import Duties

Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the client. We will not pay any fees relating to import tariffs.

How far in advance should I order my dress?

From the time that you order and pay for your dress to the time that you receive it, is 4-5 weeks.

How close to the original will my dress look?

Since the dresses we sell are made just by looking at a picture of the dress, it is almost impossible to make a dress look 100% like the original.  It depends how complicate is the dress.  We might don't have same kind of beads, same pattern of lace, same pattern of embroidery.   Our dresses up to 90%  look the same to the original mostly.  The differences are small, but the savings is great!

Do you provide generic dress sizes?

NO, we don't provide generic dress sizes.

Is there a extra fee on larger dress sizes ?

Material for special occasion apparel is very expensive.  Therefore there is a $30 surcharge if you order a dress size which includes a bust size greater than 45" or hip size larger than 48"

Will I need to do alterations on the dress once I receive it?

Since our dresses are made to the measurements that you give to us, there should not be any need for alterations.  This is not only beneficial for you to be able to receive a dress that fits you "right out of the box", but is also very beneficial to provide you with the savings of not having your dress altered.

Will the dress be made to the exact measurements that I provide to you?

It is very difficult to make a dress to exact measurements.  However, the measurements will be ± .75" of what you provide to us.

I have looked at your Measurements guide page, but I still have questions on how to take my measurements.  Is there someone who can help me with this?

Of course we always recommend that you have a professional tailor take your measurements in accordance to our Sizing guide.  However, most people are able to take these measurements with the help of another person and a tailor's tape measure.

I saw a dress in a store that I would love for you to make.  Is this possible?

Yes, it is very possible.  We ask that you provide us with pictures that are as detailed as possible so that we can provide you with a accurate price.
